Warehousing & Storage Apprenticeship
Course Duration is approximately 12 months Entry Requirements: Candidates cannot be on any other funded scheme and should ideally be employed or sponsored by a company in the transport industry. Content: The scheme will involve building an individual Learning Plan for each candidate to ensure they receive the maximum benefit from their time as an apprentice. A programme that involves theoretical and practical input both at work and at our centre is agreed by provider, employer and candidate. Regular reviews are held to ensure all parties are aware of progress and additional support is provided where required. An apprenticeship comprises elements that ensure that upon completion the candidate can function competantly within their chosen vocation. In the case of Warehouse & Storage the elements include: Numeracy and Literacy Certificates (subject to GCSE results) Accredited RTITB FLT Training (if required) Level 2 QCF Certificate in Warehouse & Storage CIEH Level 2 Health and Safety in the workplace Comprehensive underpinning knowledge gained from above training days.Visit the WTTL website for more information on Warehousing & Storage Apprenticeship
