The Helios SQL Transport Management Software is available as three options: -Standard -Professional -Enterprise The System is designed for hauliers involved mainly in Multi -Drop and Groupage work. Single-drop full loads are handled as standard. The main power of the system is designed to administer the building of complex loads, taking into account vehicle and trailer capacity in addition to vehicle, driver and trailer availability. Sub-contractors and ferries can also be included in the journey of an item which could have multiple steps involving several collection and delivery vehicles, all assigned to the one job. The capabilities of the Vigo Depot Management System (DMS) are included to deal with hauliers who also use overnight networks as part of their delivery strategy. All necessary paperwork and barcoded labels may be prepared automatically depending upon the route that the item is taking and this paperwork easily emailed to any partner or subcontractor who has an interest or is involved in the journey. Automatic pricing and costing of the goods can be carried out and detailed invoices prepared to suit individual customers requirements. Invoices and their associated nominal analysis can be passed on to a wide variety of standard accounting programs for debt chasing etc.
