Invoice by Email

With the increase in postal charges in mind, it is possible to send invoices from your Vigo TMS or DMS system by email. The e-invoice module will save time, labour and resource costs by enabling the sending of PDF invoices electronically. By using standard email facilities like Outlook all invoice transmissions are fully traceable. Assign email address(es) to each customer to allow invoices to be emailed directly through your email client. The program automatically prints out those invoices that are not emailed. The invoice can contain a hyperlink to the POD image for each job on the invoice.
