Customer Portal
The Vigo Customer Portal is a single place on the Internet where customers may: Option 1: Enter Jobs Option 2: View Track and Trace Option 3: See Electronic PODs and all statuses from EDC Option 4: View Traditional PODs Option 5: Automated message to customer when delivery made The PODs online option shows both POD documents that have been scanned, and document facsimiles with signatures received from Vigo in-cab systems. This Portal allows the user to search for statuses or PODs for jobs in a user friendly way even if jobs have not been entered through OLJE (i.e. through Vigo Depot or Traffic system). Additional services are now available as options, providing further status information about each job.
