Icecraft’s proprietor Mr. Michael Holmes, focused all of his engineering experience into the development of the World’s first Refrigerated Dry Lining in 1986.

After starting out in Aeronautical engineering, he then moved on to the Gas, Oil and Nuclear industry, gaining invaluable experience in structural engineering. Through his love of engineering he found a niche in the Refrigerated Transport market and the potential use of unique three element, laminated panels with the industries need for a light weight, robust and removable refrigerated lining.

Michael designed and finally created the Refrigerated Dry Lining – an award winning product that revolutionized the industry, and even 25 years later it’s concept is currently utilized by approx 80% of all leading refrigerated vehicle converters in the UK.

With our 25 years experience and constant innovation we can provide our customers with the most technologically advanced linings on the market, whilst constantly updating the industry with our new designs.
