GRP gets off to a flying start in 2012

07-09-2012

Only a couple of days back from the Christmas Break and already 2012 is looking very positive at GRP. With Contract Hire companies leading the way, the GRP order book is filling up, as January sees vans arriving from Acrobat and Rentruck to name but a few. Although there are still a few order slots available for January completion, it is filling up quickly and looks set to be one of the busiest January's of recent years. Remarks GRP's Sales Director, Lawrence Ness, "There seems to be an air of optimism as we start the New Year. Whether it's because of the Olympics, London's Low Emission Zone or simply that fridge vans finally need replacing following a slow down over the last few years, we are delighted to be working hard to meet our customers' requirements". Following the launch of the ENVIRO-lite conversion process, GRP can now offer a lightweight, economical and environmentally friendly fridge van which may also have had an impact on the busy start to the year. Contract Hire firms are seeing the advantage of these conversions, especially as margins are tight and environmental impact plays and increasingly important part in successful tenders for new business. GRP is firmly set up for a successful 2012 and looks forward to continuing their tradition of high levels of customer service and competitive prices across all of its operations.
