FORS MEMBERS CONFERENCE - REVIEW

It was a pleasure to have been invited to exhibit at the packed FORS Members Conference earlier this week, where the Aquarius IT team greeted members with demonstrations of our tachograph related compliance solutions, designed with FORS members in mind. Visitors to the National Conference Centre were presented with a range of products, all of which provide a solution to help in maintaining their FORS standard. Seminar sessions were engaging for members, with the afternoon session giving attendees the all-important unveiling of the new FORS standard which will be implemented from January 2019. Vision 5 of the FORS standard is now available to download from the FORS website see here. For Aquarius it was a great opportunity to catch up with existing customers and to get feedback about our flagship software - ClockWatcherelite. We enjoy being face to face with our users to get their feedback. Visitors were particularly taken by the ease of use of the Aquarius App which allows Operators to organise Daily Defect Checking electronically and valuably, acts as a driver aid with functions such as the accident assistant, document storage and alerts section. Operators were also keen to discover the advantages of eSIGN, our electronic driver debrief solution allowing operators to digitally capture driver signatures on infringement documentation. “Reducing the need for paper and providing the all important audit trail, is the aim of this service” commented Mark Johnston, Customer Service Director.
