Upgrading CPC National Operator qualification to International - 1 Chance Left!

Back in December 2011 OCR announced that existing CPC National Road Haulage Operator candidates would have until December 2013 to upgrade their existing qualification to the CPC International Operator qualification. There is now only 1 exam day left - 6th December 2013.
