Aliss Installation

AliSS Roof Racks can be installed easily 1) Remove original bungs from fitting points on roof 2) Fit supplied feet to roof as per included instructions, Feet are etched F ( front ) M ( middle ) R ( rear ), do up loosely and make sure this letter faces outwards as per first two pictures opposite 3) Fit side rails using square nuts (place in slot on bar) and M8 x 16 bolt / internal star washer, with non slotted side to the outside of the van, do up hand tight 4) Make sure side rails are positioned correctly (even and level with the rear doors) 5) Slide 6 off M8 x 20 coach bolt bolts into the top slots on the side rails, both sides 6) Position 3 bars onto the side rails in between coach bolts, secure to side rails using top hat, fasten with M8 grip nuts hand tight 7) Line up bars evenly, when you are happy with overall positioning tighten all fasteners to: (m6) 7 Nm, (m8) 17Nm 8) Insert Black Bungs into end of all Bars 9) You must make sure all fasteners are checked for tightness on a regular basis
