Volkswagen's finance lease is typically used for commercial vehicles but can also be used for cars. It is a set length contract of typically two to five years which allows you to set an annual mileage. However a final, compulsory balloon payment is set from the outset that allows you to own the vehicle at the end. This can be beneficial for commercial vehicles as there are no charges for wear and tear or excess mileage as the vehicle is purchased by the customer at the end of the contract.
