The MAHA Group expands its management and appoints new Board of Trustees / Advisory Board

19-02-2019

• The MAHA Group extends the management of the company to Mr. Stefan Fuchs on 01.10.2018, so that Mr. Michael Amann and Dr. Ing. Thomas Aubel complete the committee at this time. • The succession of Dr. Ing. Thomas Aubel joins the Board of Trustees / Advisory Board of the MAHA Group. Prof. Bernhard Schick will also be joining on 01.10.2018. Haldenwang, August 30, 2018. The Advisory Board of the MAHA Group is pleased to inform you, as resolved at the Advisory Board meeting on August 9, 2018, that the management of the MAHA Group will be expanded to include two more Managing Directors as of October 01, 2018. The former member of the Advisory Board and Foundation Council Thomas Aubel, changes to the operational management on October 01, 2018. Dr. Aubel will be responsible for the national and international sales divisions, the sales subsidiaries and the MAHA service company AutomoTec. He will also be responsible for the topics of association work and public tenders. We have thus succeeded with Dr. med. Aubel to engage a very industry-experienced and well networked specialist for the management of the MAHA Group. For the commercial areas (finance, controlling, personnel, IT etc.), the subsidiary Gudat, the software development and central services we could win Mr. Michael Amann. Mr. Amann is 40 years old and due to his career as a management consultant, controlling manager / commercial director and designated commercial director of an Allgäu mechanical engineering company, has a lot of entrepreneurial experience. In the past, Mr. Amann and Mr. Fuchs, who is currently sole director of the MAHA Group, have already proven in years of trusting cooperation that they can successfully develop a company. We are therefore convinced that it will succeed in the future composition with the three managing directors to lead the MAHA Group into a successful future. With Mr. Amann we have the certainty that the chosen path can be followed in the long term. The with the change of Dr. We were able to re-appoint Aubel to the position of Executive Board member and Advisory Board of Prof. Bernhard Schick. Prof. Schick (55) is a mechanical engineer and research professor for driving dynamics and automated driving at the University of Applied Sciences Kempten. He has worked in the past as an engineer at TÜV Süd, at IPG Automotive in Karlsruhe and at the AVL List in Graz. He also has a strong knowledge of the industry and, thanks to his current research activities in the automotive sector, can offer the MAHA Group a high level of advisory expertise in the future strategic orientation. In addition, we can intensify our cooperation with the university and in the future improve access to qualified junior staff.
