Roy Holding and two partners started Diamond H Transport in 1975.

After a steady growth of business down to their reliability and reputation, the company was incorporated in 1978.

In 1981 Roy Holding, wanting to make a larger family business, bought out his two partners. Roy along with his staff, specialised in rigid vehicles, building up the part loads end of the business covering all of the United Kingdom.
