ELEKTRON joins Vehicle Service Group Family of Brands

07. December 2012 BlitzRotary GmbH acquired the assets of ELEKTRON Bremen GmbH. BlitzRotary GmbH – European headquarters of the Vehicle Service Group, the world leader in the field of vehicle lifts and collision repair equipment – acquired the assets of ELEKTRON Bremen GmbH on 6th December 2012. The acquisition saw the addition of the three product fields of welding equipment, plasma cutters, and battery service equipment to the collision repair division, thus contributing to the long-term expansion of this division.
