Construction Planning

At Atkins we have extensive experience in the undertaking of construction planning in Hong Kong and have been considerably involved within the construction planning of large infrastructure projects, especially new railway stations and tunnels. Atkins adopts resource planning in the preparation of all construction programmes. Resources are used alongside historical construction rates proven on other large projects of a similar nature, in order to determine both accurate and realistic project timeframes.
