Fuel Efficiency Product for Vehicles and Trailers

Airtabs generate vortices which help to control airflow around the vehicle, reducing drag, resulting in an increase in fuel efficiency. Airtab can reduce aerodynamic drag caused by wheels and wheel arches when placed forward of the wheel arch, as it lifts and spins the airflow past the subject area. This principle can be adopted for a variety of applications eg. They can be fitted to the rear of a trailer side skirt, in front of the leading axle. They are ideal for use on vehicle cabs and panel vans, pickups, caravans etc, in fact any application where there is a gap in the side of a vehicle. Airtabs help to reduce drag caused by obstructions, such as light bars on emergency vehicles and roof racks. When Airtab is fitted in front of such items, it lifts and spins the air. The vortices clear either all or most of the obstruction resulting in a smoother airflow.
