Logistics Supervisor Course

Course Duration is 5 day course - delivered via initial 3 day block followed by 2 further days 2 months later, to allow for completion of work based tasks. Entry Requirements: The aim of the course is to assist existing or newly appointed staff working in a Supervisory capacity to recognise and develop the key skills required to effectively manage and supervise their team. Objectives: Students will receive presentations to introduce and develop the effective skills required to successfully supervise operations within their role and techniques to manage these effectively. They will carry out practical exercises and case studies asconfirmation of knowledge and understanding. Through group discussion, the students will be able to share knowledge and practical experiences with others within the group to confirm best practice.
