Driving Goods Vehicles Apprenticeship Duration is Approximately 12 months. Entry for Driving Goods Vehicles Apprenticeship Requirements: Candidates must be aged 16-18 to be fully funded. Funding for 19+ is more limited, please contact us for more details. Candidates for a Driving Goods Vehicles Apprenticeship cannot be on any other funded scheme and should ideally be employed or sponsored by a company in the transport industry. Objectives of the Driving Goods Vehicles Apprenticeship: Candidates can gain their LGV Cat C or C+E licence alongside a Level 2 QCF Certificate in Driving Goods Vehicles and literacy/numeracy qualifications (if needed). Driving Goods Vehicles Apprenticeship Content: The scheme will involve building an individual Learning Plan for each candidate to ensure they receive the maximum benefit from their time as an apprentice. Regular reviews are held to ensure all parties are aware of progress and additional support is provided where required. A programme that involves practical & theoretical input bothat our centre and at work is agreed by employer, provider and candidate.
