WOR-Lifts on-site testing and examination service was designed for customers requiring their hydraulic and pneumatic tools, thoroughly examined and certified in accordance with current safety regulations.Our dedicated on-site inspection vehicles travel to our customers across the UK offering a cost effective time saving alternative to having hydraulic and pneumatic tools removed from site to be examined.Our on-site testing & examination vehicle includes:* Experienced competant fully trained test engineer * 150 tonne dynamic cylinder and jack testing rig* High pressure test equipment* Hand arm vibration monitor* Bolt load meter* On-site repairs can be undertakenThorough examinations are carried out in accordance with:• LOLER – The Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 SI 1998/2307 (LOLER).• PUWER – Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 SI 1998/2306 (PUWER).All completed examination schemes are accompanied by the relevant documentation, traceable to national standards. All parts and labour are covered by our warranty.
