Vectec's Fuel Installation Design Consultant, Simon Fowler, has almost four decades worth of involvement and experience in the vehicle refuelling industry. Since 1994 when he set up Vectec Ltd. he has designed many fuel storage and refuelling installations for customers specifying the appropriate design of fuel storage tank, pipework, fuel dispenser and fuel management system.
