Our GRP conversion is insulated with 50mm Styrofoam and designed to prevent most of the external temperature penetrating the load space, maintaining the desired carrying temperature in external ambient temperatures of up to 30°c. Our panels are precision-built to close tolerances to ensure a correct fit from the start; gaps and thinned insulation where panels meet are a source of heat ingress. Another danger area are the wheel boxes, which is why our conversions have fully insulated wheel boxes. All Vantastec linings are completely seam-free and guaranteed leak-proof. We can supply refrigeration systems from Webasto, GAH, Hubbard and Diavia allowing us to provide unbiased advice of the best manufacturer’s model to suit individual requirements. If you have a preference for another manufacturer, our engineers are fully qualified and can fit any unit you choose.
