Vauxhall Approved Platform Conversions

Regularly the team at Van Bodies produce many Vauxhall platform conversions which are approved by Vauxhall themselves. When the platform vehicles arrive they are in chassis form, we then weld extensions on the side and back of the chassis and build the framework to carry the 4mm Glasonit panels and pre-made roof. Roller shutter doors are added to the nearside and rear of the vehicle along with aluminium rub rails to the sides of the vehicle. The underside of the vehicle is then under sealed over the whole extension.
