Located in Morecambe, Lancashire, in the Northwest of England, Van Bodies (Lancs) Ltd have been the leading provider to many commercial dealerships across the country. In fact, for more than three decades we have been producing high quality coach built bodies, van conversions, taxi conversions, camper vans, specialist vehicles and welfare vehicles designed to safely transport passengers, medical waste and explosives.

Our experts have recently completed the conversions of Volkswagen Transporters (T4 & T5 models) and Fiat Scudos into passenger carrying vehicles such as taxis / taxicabs and minibuses. One of our latest projects was the conversion of a Volkswagen Transporter into a surf bus / day van, the finished project is astounding. We have also modified numerous Fiat Doblos into fully functional camper vans. As you can see, we have designed and re-built various types of vehicle and would be happy to discuss your ideas.

As well as the design and build process, we also carry out general vehicle maintenance and we deal with most insurance companies so if your current fleet of taxis or vehicles get damaged, you can bear us in mind for repairs.
