Our maintenance system collates all the information required in a simple-to-use, secure format, enabling you to see the progress of your compliance throughout the month and easily rectify any issues. When an inspection document is completed using our workshop management system, the scheduled event it refers to is automatically satisfied. Using Truckfile’s Driver Check app, actions against defects which are automatically sent to the system, will automatically complete the relevant KPI. You can submit ‘fully electronic’ job sheets to satisfy the Earned Recognition scheme compliance reports.
