AC2092GB-KIT2 Nitrogen Leak test & flushing set for Mobile A/C Systems on cars and vansThis mobile kit is suitable for the large refillable nitrogen bottles (Not included) and comes with the relevant regulator that provides all you need for leak testing and flushing operations with standard Nitrogen and Nitro TraceTM gas cylinders which have the British Standard female fitting.
The kit comprises: AC2092GB regulator, 2 metre hose, R134a & R1234yf service couplers, and the AC2094 N2 Test gauge hose & ball valve unit as well as a top quality trolley for the gas bottle.
The use of dry Oxygen Free Nitrogen gas (OFN) is a long established means of pressure testing vehicle air conditioning (a/c) and car refrigeration systems. A drop in pressure on a test gauge indicates that there is a leak. The point of leakage can then be found by using a leak spray, such as our GSL0400 or with an ultrasonic tester.
