Static Mixer Drum Commissioning

The Static Mixer drum shown in the photograph, was optimised for a particular application and have a rated capacity of 20m3. To meet the demands of the client's application required large doors on the drum mouth and the drum will tilt to a number of different angles. Hymix machines deliver great value for money, where bulk products need to be blended, whether wet or dry, Tests have demonstrated that the effective mix action of the Hymix drum can deliver a homogenous blend in many different materials in a matter of minutes. The picture was taken at comissioning with the drums finished in a sensitive green colour allowing them to blend into the surroundings.
