“I have a Back Watch sonar reversing aid which has given reliable service now for nearly 10 years, but recently the cab bleeper stopped working. I phoned them but they advised that my model is now obsolete, hardly surprising after all these years. The young lady I spoke to told me that she had found an old unit which duly arrived after a couple of days. I phoned to enquire how much I owed them for the unit and their postage and packing,etc, and was told that they did not want anything. I think this was service above and beyond the call of duty.
