Warranty and product repair

Our breathalysers are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for up to one year from the date of purchase. If you are experiencing a product malfunction that is not a direct result of misuse or mishandling within one year of purchase, please contact us and our technicians will be happy to assist you free of charge. We will gladly repair any device past warranty as a result of misuse or mishandling for an additional charge.
